Shiva graduated with an MFA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, USA. He worked as a Type and Graphic Designer at the Indian Type Foundry before setting up an independent practice. He has interned with Grandmother India and Pentagram previously. Shiva’s influences draw from both Indian sources like Satyajit Ray as well as international ones like Peter Bilak.
